On 31 March 2026, pursuant to the Act of 9 January 2026 amending the Act on Land and Mortgage Registers and Mortgage and the Act on the National Court Register, as well as the implementing regulations of the Minister of Justice of 24 March 2026, significant changes concerning documents issued by the Central Information of Land and Mortgage Registers will enter into force. Verification will be free of charge and available for 24 months from the date of submission of the application. The validity of the document is not conditional upon completion of this verification procedure. As of 31 March 2026, new fees for the activities of the Central Information of Land and Mortgage Registers will also apply.
