She has extensive transactional experience with respect to the real estate market. She advises clients on the legal aspects of transactions and construction investments, providing support during all stages of the investment cycle; from analyzing the legal status of real properties, through developing project and transaction structures to advising on the commercialization of the project.
She also advises domestic and international Clients on the legal aspects of business activity in Poland, including ongoing operation as well as restructuring and liquidation.
Since 2018 she has been registered on the list of attorneys-at-law of the District Chamber of Attorneys-at Law in Poznań. She is fluent in English.
