Information on processing of your personal data:

  1. Purposes of processing personal data

Personal data provided by you will be processed only in order to perform the contract and take necessary actions connected with it, including potentially pursuing claims or protecting the PDC’s rights.

  1. The legal basis of processing

The legal basis of processing of your personal data is article 6 section 1 letter b), c) and f) of GDPR, which means, that it is necessary to perform the contract, it fulfils the legal dutywhich is incumbent onPDC and for potentially pursuingor securing the claims or protecting the PDC’c rights, and in the extent not governed by aforementioned regulation – the basis is art. 6 ust.1 lit a) GDPR, meaning the consent.

  1. Information about the recipients or the categories of the recipients of personal data

Personal data can be disclosed to:

  1. External subjects, whom PDC has entrusted processing personal data on the grounds of specific contract, which is mentioned in the article 28 of GDPR, especially subjects providing accounting service;
  2. Subjects, especially administration authorities, pursuant to relevant provisions within the execution of PDC legal rights or duties, especially tax authorities;
  3. Authorised subjects, in the ordinary course of PDC business.
  4. The period for which the personal data will be stored

Personal data provided by you will be processed by the time of finalizing of executing legal rights or duties arising from the Contract or from legislative regulations or by the time when the possibility of effective pursuing claims expires or by finalizing the procedure of pursuing claimsor protecting PDC rights connected with the data and during which claims connected with the Contract may be revealed.

  1. Information about your rights

PDC informs that you have the right to:

  1. request from PDC: access to personal data referring to your person, rectification, erasure or restriction of processing concerning the data subject and the right to object the processing as well as the right to data portability;
  2. where the processing of your personal data is based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal;
  3. PDC informs, that you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, that is President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
  4. The provision of your personal data is voluntary, but necessary for conclusion and performing the contract and for the security of PDC legal rights.
  5. Decisions related to you will not be made by automated means.
